We have a 30-day policy for returns or exchanges of physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Because all our products are custom produced, we can only refund/replace an item if they are defective or damaged. Items that are defective or damaged will be refunded/replaced (where applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
